a) why paint and repair the buildings, when they cannot even prperly re-plant the landscape's original character?b) a tree butchered once again, starting to grow back "slowly"
c) structural reinforcement in this garage area, shows the care level. Bolt it, leave it as is, with sticker attached. Another replaced beam in this garage had not been painted. Quick-fixes, big money for those contractors... Eventual pass-throughs? Parkmerced "vision" will tear-down all of these "fixes" so what's the "rush" to do them why not fix the landscape first? attract tenants with a long term will to stay?
