This example shows a private tenants garden that is full and well

maintained. If all units were like this it would be a showcase development for Home & Garden SF Chronicle, or Sunset Magazine. Perhaps a well thought out planting list from the prior design by Church, along with discounts through a local garden renewable center would promote the proper landscape rehabilitation to such a level. This would increase tenancy for the owner and value of the property.
